Make a Payment enables you to pay your suppliers, contractors and business partners using your Payoneer balance – whether they have a Payoneer account or not. If they do have an account, it’s free! If they don’t have an account, you can either ask them to sign up or simply pay them anyway.


  • Sign into your Payoneer account

  • Select Make a Payment in the dropdown menu under Pay

  • Choose to make a payment to a recipient’s Payoneer balance or their bank account

  • Complete the form with the relevant details and click Pay

Can I make a payment of any amount?

When you are making your payment, the range within which you can pay is displayed on the screen.

Can I pay for personal goods and services?

No, Make a Payment is for business transactions, such as paying your suppliers, contractors, or team members.

Why don’t I see any or all Make a Payment options in my account menu?

Make a Payment enables you to pay suppliers who are Payoneer customers as well as suppliers who are not. Both these options are generally available to you, however there may be cases where, due to availability or eligibility reasons, one or both are not shown.

What should I do if I see a Make a Payment transfer that I did not make?

We take the security of our global buyers and sellers very seriously and implement proven safety measures to protect your transactions. Please contact us immediately if you believe that your Payoneer account or card have been compromised.

Can I reverse a transaction?

Payment transactions processed with Payoneer are non-refundable and non-reversible. If you are unsatisfied with the service/product you bought, we recommend that you contact the service/product provider directly to resolve the difference. If you are unable to resolve the matter, you can contact us with the details of the dispute. We will do our best to assist but please note that Payoneer does not provide dispute resolution services.
