To get a Payoneer Card:
1. Sign in to Payoneer
2. If cards are available in your region, you’ll see a menu option
3. Click ‘Cards’
4. Click ‘order cards’
Note: Eligibility is based on a minimum of 100 USD received to your Payoneer account in the last 6 months.
Depending on your eligibility Payoneer may offer you either the Payoneer Business Premium Debit Mastercard® issued by Payoneer Europe Limited under a license by Mastercard, or the Corporate Purchasing Mastercard issued by First Century Bank, N.A., pursuant to license by Mastercard and provided to you by Payoneer Inc.
Please note that due to changes in local regulations, Payoneer can no longer issue and support cards for customers with a postal or actual address in the Russian Federation and India.
If you are eligible for a Payoneer Card, the Order card option will also be displayed in your Payoneer home page in the Balances section.

Fees are automatically charged from your account. If your funds are insufficient, it will be partially charged, and any remaining charges considered as pending debt and charged when more funds are loaded into your account.
Note: If you are receiving vendor payments from a Payoneer mass payout company, your fees may vary depending on our agreement with them.
In many countries, we offer express shipping via FedEx and/or DHL.
Within the US:
Premium FedEx Delivery = 40 USD (shipping time usually 4-5 business days*)
Outside the US:
DHL express shipping = 40 USD (shipping time usually 4-7 business days*)
*Actual shipping times may vary depending on FedEx/DHL service availability.
If you’re ordering your first card and have sufficient funds in your Payoneer account, you’ll have the option to order via express shipping.
To order express shipping:
1. Sign in.
2. Select Bank and cards.
3. Click on Payoneer cards.
4. Click Order now.
5. Select a physical card, choose your currency, and verify shipping address.
6. Under Shipping method, select Express shipping.
7. Click on Order card.
To ensure FedEx/DHL can contact you to schedule delivery, confirm your phone number by selecting Profile settings in the Settings menu.
Note: You must have sufficient funds in your Payoneer account to cover the express shipping cost.
