If your Payoneerย accountย application hasย recently been approved, your card is in the process of being shipped.ย Just as you are excited to receive your card and begin using it, Payoneer is also excited to begin working with you. We do our best to make sure that all card shipments are processed as soon as possible, and confirm that cards are indeed issued and shipped for allย account holders. ย Payoneerย does notย charge you for card shipping, it is completely FREE. While we do everything we can to avoid delays in shipping, Payoneer has no control over the processing times or delays in your local postal system.ย If the estimated shipping time for your card has passed, or if you believe there to be an error/delay in your local postal system, please contact us via the link belowย and we will do our best to resolve the issue.Expedited Shipping
We doย allow you the option of receiving a card via an expedited shipping service, such as FedEx or DHL, for which there is an added charge to cover the cost of shipping.
