What You Should Know About Payoneer Card Shipping
Learn how the Payoneer card shipping process works, including estimated delivery times and what to do if your card hasn’t arrived.

Payoneer has account holders all around the globe, and we do our best to make our service available in as many countries as possible. We often get questions about the application process and what to expect, so let’s review and mainly focus on card shipping.
Application Approval
Once your Payoneer account application is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with further details. This e-mail will also include an estimated arrival date for your Payoneer card. You can also view this estimated arrival date by logging into your Payoneer account.
Card Shipping
If your Payoneer account application has recently been approved, your card is in the process of being shipped. Just as you are excited to receive your card and begin using it, Payoneer is also excited to begin working with you. We do our best to make sure that all card shipments are processed as soon as possible, and confirm that cards are indeed issued and shipped for all account holders. Payoneer does not charge you for card shipping, it is completely FREE.
While we do everything we can to avoid delays in shipping, Payoneer has no control over the processing times or delays in your local postal system. If the estimated shipping time for your card has passed, or if you believe there to be an error/delay in your local postal system, please contact us via the link below and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Expedited Shipping
We do allow you the option of receiving a card via an expedited shipping service, such as FedEx or DHL, for which there is an added charge to cover the cost of shipping. If you have funds available on your Payoneer account and would like to request expedited shipping for your Payoneer card, please contact us by visiting our Support Center.
