How much does sending a single payment cost?

Sending a payment does not cost the sender. The recipient is charged a single transfer fee of $3 on average.

How do my beneficiaries apply for a Payoneer MasterCard® Card?

Your beneficiaries can register for a Payoneer Account here. You then transfer funds to your beneficiaries’ Payoneer Accounts from which they can use their card to spend the funds online, in-store or withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide.

Are my funds secure?

Yes. Payoneer is a regulated Money Service Business in the US and holds an E-Money license in the EU. We are audited and regulated and hold a PCI DSS level 1 certificate. We have partnered with leading financial institutions to hold the funds of Mass Payout Account Holders.

What are Payoneer's payout methods?

Our range of payout options include payment to beneficiaries’ MasterCard® cards, transfers to local banks in over 200 countries and more than 150+ currencies, local eWallets, and international checks.

Can I send payments in EUR and have my beneficiaries receive them in USD?

Absolutely. With Payoneer, you can send funds in the currency of your choice (EUR for example). Payoneer will then convert the funds and send them according to your beneficiaries’ currency of choice (for example, USD).

What is the flow in paying my beneficiaries?

  • Disburse/send funds to your beneficiaries

General Information

Is the Payoneer Mass Payout Account right for me, if I only need domestic payment transfers?

If you need a combination of local and international payouts, Payoneer would be right for you. However, if you only pay inside the U.S. or Europe we recommend you use local payout methods (ACH in the US and SEPA in Europe).

Does Payoneer provide a merchant account for collecting payments?

You can apply for a Payoneer Account which will allow you to obtain foreign collection bank account number or issue payment requests when invoicing your clients.
