Payoneer is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Partnerships Associate to support the operational success of our global Affiliates & Partnerships program.

In this role, you'll work closely with Affiliate & Partnership Managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking across the partner lifecycle. You'll gain exposure to partner relationship management, commercial programs, and stakeholder engagement, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in building a long-term career in Partnerships, Account Management, and Sales within a global fintech environment.

What you'll do

🔹 Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Support the onboarding and documentation of new partners based on defined qualification criteria.
  • Coordinate partner training sessions, toolkit access, and system setup.
  • Ensure partners are enabled to operate effectively within Payoneer’s Affiliates & Partnerships framework.

🔹 Operations & Process Support

  • Manage partner lead qualification workflows and approval status communications.
  • Maintain accurate updates across CRM platforms and internal tools.
  • Monitor lead lifecycle stages and support smooth handovers to internal teams.

🔹 Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain performance trackers and reporting dashboards for active partner accounts.
  • Support internal reporting requirements and partner business review meetings.
  • Track key KPIs to support program optimization and decision-making.

🔹 Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for affiliates and partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Growth teams to resolve blockers and continuously improve processes.

Who you are

  • 2–4 years of experience in payments, fintech, partnerships, operations, customer success, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and reporting dashboards.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing several workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in growing your career in Partnerships, Account Management, and Sales within a high-growth global fintech company.
