The Pricing Ops Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of localized pricing and re‑pricing initiatives, from initiation through execution, tracking, and impact measurement. This role translates market insights, customer pain points, and strategic priorities into structured, actionable initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Working closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders, this role drives alignment, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures pricing initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable business impact.
This role sits at the core of our Pricing function, impacting strategic company priorities and driving growth with key target segments and partners.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end pricing initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and post‑launch measurement
- Translate market needs, internal technical capabilities, and stakeholder inputs into a structured, formalized, and actionable plan.
- Lead hands-on execution, including timeline management, dependency tracking, and delivery against key milestones
- Drive collaboration and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, and more)
- Proactively identify risks, define mitigation plans, and manage issues through resolution
- Build and maintain clear program documentation, dashboards, and executive-level status updates
- Track program outcomes and performance, ensuring insights and learnings are fed back into future pricing initiatives
Who you are
- Strong project management skills with proven experience of at least 5 years leading complex, cross-functional business or operations programs end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to understand, structure, and manage complex technical and operational processes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Solid understanding of user journeys and customer experience, with the ability to identify friction and optimize for clarity and simplicity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Nice to have
- Experience working on pricing, monetization, or revenue-related initiatives
- Background in fintech, payments, or other regulated industries
- Experience with SQL and Salesforce.
