We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented junior professional to own the day-to-day operations behind our pricing and packaging processes. In this role, you will consolidate work that is currently distributed across teams and regions and manage it end to end—handling requests, validating inputs, coordinating approvals, governance checks, ensuring accurate setup and timely delivery. You will also use analytics to track progress and performance, monitor key trends, and share insights that help us improve execution and scale.

This is a strong entry point into Payoneer’s Pricing team and the broader high-tech environment—ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable with hands-on execution, and excited to grow as we scale the function and automate over time.

What you’ll do

• Own the day-to-day pricing and packaging operational flow from start to finish
• Be the main point of contact for GTM operational requests related to pricing, packages, and commercial agreements
• Collect and validate inputs (customer details, deal terms, required fields), ensuring nothing is missing
• Coordinate approvals and governance checks based on defined policies and process standards
• Manage agreement and contract workflow coordination, including version control and readiness for signature
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Salesforce Admins, and configuration teams to unblock issues and keep work moving
• Ensure accurate setup and configuration in systems and tools, followed by final quality checks

• Use analytics to track package performance and adoption by segment and region (e.g., win rate, ARR, NRR), and share insights to improve execution and the offering.

• Document manual steps and recurring issues to help simplify the work and prepare for automation
• Preform analytical analysis on package financial impact customer base ,service adoption such as win rate , ARR, NRR LTV, winning use cane revenue and more

Who you are

• 1–3 years of experience in revenue/business/ sales operations, operations, analytics or a related field
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker or similar)
• Experience with Salesforce, contract management, or pricing/configuration tools is a plus
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a drive to bring structure to ambiguous situations
• A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and can work effectively across multiple regions and stakeholder groups
• Proactive, self-motivated, and genuinely excited to get your hands dirty and build something
• Eager to grow in a high-tech environment ,this is a great entry-level opportunity for the right candidate
