Role summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Product Manager to join Payoneer’s Data Product Unit – the central hub for data product management across the company. In this role, you will own the data product strategy and execution for the Platform Business Applications domain, partnering closely with the Product and Analytic teams to design and deliver data products that enhance data accessibility, accelerate decision-making, and drive measurable business impact. You will lead the data product lifecycle end-to-end – from understanding business challenges, defining analytical and operational needs, through designing scalable data models and assets to delivering high-quality data products. This role is ideal for a product-minded, business-oriented data leader who is both strategic and hands-on, and who thrives on connecting complex business goals with technical execution.

What you’ll do:
- Own and lead data products within the Business Applications domain roadmap, working alongside other product managers to support domain priorities.
- Partner with Analytics and business stakeholders to define data needs, KPIs, and prioritized use cases.
- Translate business objectives into clear data requirements, KPIs, and technical specifications (PRD and STT).
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance data products and models that serve analytical and operational use cases.
- Define behavioral and application events, including schemas, naming conventions, properties, and data modeling standards.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Data Engineering, and BI to deliver reliable data products, and ensure accurate measurement in production.
- Ensure alignment and consistency between domain-level data products and the company’s core data assets.
- Monitor usage, adoption, and business impact of delivered data products, iterating based on feedback.
- Contribute to the broader data modernization and innovation initiatives led by the Data Product Unit.
Who you are?
- 5+ years of experience in data product management, data analytics, or data-driven product roles, with proven hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehouse architecture, and data pipeline design – experience with cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery) required.
- Proven experience in defining behavioral and application events, including schema design and data modeling aligned with analytics and platform needs.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into technical and analytical data solutions.
- Experience working directly with R&D teams to implement tracking and ensure data accuracy in production environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – fluent English, capable of bridging business and technical conversations clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL and practical data analysis – comfortable diving into data and validating results.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery squads with Data Engineering and BI.
