Weโre a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.
By taking the complexity out of the financial workflowsโincluding everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligenceโwe give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.
Payoneer is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CPR Analyst (Counterparty) to join our Compliance Operations Department. This role is critical to ensure our adherence to global regulatory requirements and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our extensive network of banking and payment providers worldwide.

You will serve as a critical link between Payoneer and its partners, providing timely, accurate, and well-documented responses that reflect our commitment to excellence, integrity, and operational efficiency.

- Escalate or terminate counterparty relationships when risk or adverse findings are identified.
- Continuously monitor counterparties for regulatory actions, sanctions, negative news, and identification of politically exposed persons (PEPs), responding promptly to new risk indicators.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all due diligence activities, risk assessments, completed questionnaires, and supporting documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, MLRO, and QA teams to ensure all counterparty risk processes and KYC responses align with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Complete and respond to KYC/AML questionnaires received from counterparties and other third parties by gathering, verifying, and providing all required company information and documentation.
