Role summary
We're looking for a Compliance Transformation Manager who will be responsible for driving compliance strategic initiatives across Payoneerโs complex environment that continuously enable business growth. The Compliance Transformation Manager will partner with key cross-functional teams such as Growth and Operations to design and execute projects to completion. In this role, you will have work closely with the Compliance Chief of Staff to help plan and implement large-scale programs as well as improve the departmentโs operating model.
What youโll do:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects that align with Payoneerโs strategic goals, including both internal department initiatives and company-wide transformations.
- Serve as a central coordination point between Compliance and other departments, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and representation in key organizational efforts.
- Oversee the development and communication of key metrics to support data-informed decision-making and drive accountability across the function.
- Thought partner to the CCO Office, providing insights on process improvements, communication strategy and risk identification.
- Provide high-level reporting, insights, and progress updates, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Program or Project Management (Preferable)
- Hold a Bachelorโs degree
- Ability to work independently with broad guidance, manage multiple priorities, and lead through influence
- Fast learner, with bias for action
- Strong problem solving to drill down to root cause/ deal with ambiguity
- Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Time management/prioritization, high attention to detail
