Role summary
We are looking for a rock star People Analytics Manager to join our team in New York City. The People Analytics Manager is responsible for building, analyzing and reporting all People data. This role involves close collaboration with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade, optimize, and tailor People data to meet evolving business needs and drive decisions and process improvements.
What you'll do:
- Act as the strategic analytics partner for HR professionals and cross company executives to uncover people related insights
- Build robust, self-serve dashboards, reports, models and alerts to track metrics across the People data and enable self-serve people related decisions and processes
- Conduct deep dive analysis to uncover trends in our workforce and proactively suggest ways forward
- Embrace process improvements and automation by championing new analytics tools, capabilities and use of AI
- Work with stakeholders across the company to continuously improve our output based on business needs
- Proactively grow the use of data within the People organization
- Conduct data audits and validations
Who you are:
- Bachelorโs degree in relevant fields such as statistics, math, data science, etc.
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience creating analytics, statistical models, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Looker
- Experience merging data from multiple sources to create analytics; Specifically, experience with Success Factors data and analytics is a big advantage
- A problem solver, suggesting new ways forward and challenging the status quo to improve our data infrastructure and reporting
- Great collaboration skills, building productive working relationships
- Deep passion & understanding of HR processes and systems and data management
- Up to date knowledge of relevant global data protection and compliance requirements, including GDPR and best practices regarding managing personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI)

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $145,000.
