About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product to join our group, helping shape and deliver innovative products solutions that support our global customers in managing their daily business activities.

This role provides local leadership and people management for Product Managers based at the site. You will work closely with our global Product and Tech organization, in their mission to translate strategic goals and customer needs into product initiatives, to deliver maximum value and impact. This role combines managing teamsโ€™ leaders, establishing Productโ€™s presence in our Indian site and promoting our ways of working. In this role youโ€™ll demonstrate strategic thinking, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making, all in a highly collaborative, global environment.

What youโ€™ll be spending your time on:โ€ฏ

  • People Leadership & Development โ€“ serving as the direct manager for Product Managers on site, responsible for career development, performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and skills growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Leadership โ€“ lead the professional recruiting process for new Product Managers at the site, including conducting professional interviews, assessing capabilities, and ensuring strong cultural and skills fit.
  • Local Representation & Alignment โ€“ acting as the senior product point of contact at the site, ensuring alignment between global product strategy and local execution, and representing site needs to the broader product organization.
  • Organizational Cohesion โ€“ fostering collaboration, communication, and culture across distributed teams, ensuring that site-based PMs are integrated, motivated, and productive despite receiving product direction remotely.
  • Operational Enablement โ€“ removing local blockers, coordinating cross-functional dependencies (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) within the site, and ensuring effective execution of the global roadmap at the local level.
  • Product Strategy Participation โ€“ actively taking part in shaping product strategy and execution efforts, contributing site-based perspectives and operational insights to the broader global product leadership.
  • AI-Driven Innovation โ€“ driving the adoption of AI-assisted workflows to enhance design, development, and product management processes. Champion experimentation with AI tools, ensure best practices are shared across teams, and embed AI capabilities into the siteโ€™s operating model to accelerate productivity, creativity, and decision-making.
  • Local Leadership Participation โ€“ be an integral member of the siteโ€™s leadership team, working with peers across functions (engineering, design, etc.) to strengthen collaboration and ensure the siteโ€™s overall success.
  • Global Domain Leadership Participation โ€“ taking part in the global domain leadership forums (primarily led from Israel), contributing perspective, knowledge sharing, and alignment on priorities across locations.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 8+ years of product management experience, experience in the fintech or B2B industry is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in working with global teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience in executing product initiatives and driving experimentation in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in building, developing and scaling product teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses and understanding the results
  • Strong ability to transform opportunities and needs into products and features
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • A strong customer empathy, with a developed sense of problem-solving.
  • A track record of implementing AI or automation tools to enhance product development workflows.
  • Experience in a global payments environment or the Fintech industry (not mandatory, but a strong advantage)
