Position Summary
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Corporate IT team.
The successful candidate will mainly be providing technical support to our India users as well as users from other APAC sites, including offices and outsource call centers.
This position will also be involved in projects planning, support and execution as needed.
Responsibilities
โข Responds to user requests promptly
โข Taking care all the IT equipment in the office
โข Install and configure network & server equipment together with global team
โข Manage the Azure and office 365 environment
โข Follow and enforce IT & Security policy
โข Provide training to users in the use of system and applications
โข Logs all support activities in IT ticketing system
โข Participate in IT projects including network/system change & office expansion
โข Manage the IT inventory, video conference and office security system including CCTV & door access
Requirements
โข Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English (Must)
โข At least 5 years of experience in IT system administration in sizable company/MNC
โข Excellent customer service and communication skills
โข Ability to work independently and as part of a team
โข Must be able to work outside normal business hours in order to perform diagnosis and/or implementation of product releases or changes
โข Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, AD)
โข Knowledge in networking including TCP/IP, VPN, SDWAN, SIPโฆetc
โข Professional, passionate, innovative, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated kind of person
