Weโre looking for a technology enthusiastic Team Leader with a drive for excellence and out of the box mindset to lead Payoneerโs DevOps Delivery team.

ยท Lead a team of DevOps Engineers in the CI/CD, Automations domains
ยท Collaborate closely with the associate teams in the DevOps Department.
ยท Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues
ยท Collaborate with the R&D leaders to optimize deployment, reliability, failover scenarios, and scale
ยท Oversee teamโs deliverables design and architecture
ยท Coaching and mentoring of your team - leading to success and meeting goals
ยท Reporting your teamโs KPI
ยท Leading POC of RnD requirements from DevOps - leading innovation
ยท Become the technical authority for your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
ยท Responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality and production environment deployment of your team
ยท Put focus on team professional and personal growth
Have you done this kind of stuff?
ยท BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
ยท 5+ years of experience as a hands-on technical leadership in a large-scale environment
ยท 3+ years of managerial experience
ยท Experience creating infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as: Terraform, Azure ARM templates, CloudFormation
ยท Experience working with Configuration Management tools (such as Chef, Ansible)
ยท Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies
ยท Proven experience working in a production environment
ยท Solid experience with containerized environments and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)
ยท Familiar with a microservices architecture and event-driven architecture
ยท Excellent Bash/Shell/Python scripting skills
Not a must but a great advantage
ยท Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
ยท Experience in NoSQL databases
ยท Experienced with Queues technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
ยท Experience with .Net Core and .Net Framework porting
