As a People Partner, you will provide high-touch, regional support across a range of employee lifecycle activities, helping to create a seamless and positive experience for employees and managers. You’ll be a trusted partner for local HR delivery, employee engagement, policy interpretation, and coordination of key HR processes. You’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner team, COEs (Centers of Excellence) to ensure consistent, business-aligned support.
This role will be based in our New York, NY office.
What you'll do:
- Employee Experience & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers in your region, providing timely guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations matters.
- Manager Enablement: Support managers with day-to-day HR questions, coaching them to confidently handle employee needs, performance conversations, and engagement activities.
- HR Program Delivery: Assist with the regional roll-out of core HR programs (performance management, engagement surveys, compensation planning) ensuring strong employee understanding and adoption.
- Employee Relations: Conduct initial investigations into employee concerns and escalate more complex cases to the HRBP team as appropriate.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient processing of employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, etc.), and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Regional Insights: Share observations and themes from the employee experience to HRBPs to inform organizational health discussions.
- Culture & Engagement: Support local employee engagement activities and act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing ways of working and employee value propositions.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years in a generalist HR or people role.
- Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Confidence handling sensitive employee situations with empathy and judgment.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.
- A mindset of "Do It, Own It" — proactively solving issues and delivering on commitments.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment.
Not a must, but a great advantage:
- Experience in a high-growth or tech environment
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $90,000.
