We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Affiliates and Partnerships Manager in Latin America – based in Mexico City – who takes ownership to the highest level, can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement. The Affiliates and Partnerships Manager will drive new partners, manage an existing portfolio, and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with the potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer reach.
In addition to being adept at both business development and account management, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to create programs and processes to enable the channel partnerships function to grow at scale. This role is will report to the regional head of partnerships.
What you'll do:
- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilize Payoneer’s platform and products; commercial cards, sending and receiving of payments
- Uncover new verticals.
- Build partnerships and relationships that drives acquisition of clients across numerous verticals, eg, Knowledge Based Services, Remote Working, Ecommerce, Fintech, and Advertising
- Contribute strategic depth in driving business analysis and market development activities in the region
- Represent Payoneer at partner events and industry shows
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in data analysis, deal making, partnerships, managing relationships and creating new opportunities.
- Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business end-to-end and execute
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information / data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communications
- Flexibility to travel
Not a must, but a great advantage:
- Experience in Fintech, payments, foreign exchange
- Knowledge of growth hacking tactics
