You'll roll up your sleeves to write, build, and execute communication strategies while developing a high-impact internal communications and engagement approach. You'll manage a small but mighty team and be the go-to expert for both executive messaging and company-wide communications, balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution. - Strategic Communications Leadership: Develop and drive a global internal communications strategy that enhances employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Executive Communications: Partner directly with senior leaders to craft and deliver high-impact messaging, including speeches, talking points, and company-wide announcements.
- Broad Corporate Messaging: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-company communication moments, from All Hands meetings to major organizational updates.
- Hands-On Content Creation: Write, edit, and build communication plans, FAQs, newsletters, leadership messages, and campaign content. Quality, clarity, and impact matter.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a small internal communications team, ensuring alignment and growth while still actively contributing as a doer.
- Consultation & Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor for teams across the company, coaching and consulting on communication approaches and strategies.
Who you are:
- Proven experience leading internal communications in a global, fast-paced environment
- Ability to write clear, compelling, and engaging content across multiple formats and channels

- Experience managing and developing a team while staying hands-on
- Strong judgment and discretion—confident handling sensitive information and complex messaging
- Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in a publicly traded or highly regulated global organization preferred
- Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranets, newsletters, video messaging)
