What youโll be spending your time on:
- Shape the 3rd party partnerships product Vision: Define and drive the product strategy for Payoneerโs partnerships โ serving the needs of both enterprise customers and external partners. Build a roadmap that enables scalable integrations, platform extensibility, and partner-led innovation.
- Deeply Understand Enterprise and Partner Needs: Work closely with platform clients, fintech partners, marketplaces, and technology providers to understand their goals and build solutions that enable seamless collaboration and monetization.
- Lead and Mentor the Product Team: Build and develop a high-performing product team. Set clear priorities, create a strong product culture, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders in the company to ensure end-to-end delivery of ecosystem capabilities that are secure, scalable, and aligned with company goals.
- Enable Go-To-Market Success: Work closely with sales, partnerships, and marketing to craft compelling value propositions for enterprise clients and partners. Define integration journeys and support commercial scaling efforts.
- Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs for partner and platform adoption, usage, and satisfaction. Use insights to continuously improve product-market fit, user experience, and business impact.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- ยท Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant time spent building for enterprise clients and/or partner ecosystems in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.
- ยท Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- ยท Ecosystem Expertise: Experience designing and scaling APIs, partner platforms, or embedded fintech integrations. Strong understanding of how to create value in two-sided platforms.
- ยท Partner Mindset: Proven success building products for sophisticated customers and external stakeholders, balancing custom needs with platform scalability.
- ยท Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business strategy into product execution across multiple domains and stakeholders.
- ยท Fintech & Infrastructure Acumen: Familiarity with financial services infrastructure (payments, compliance, reporting, KYC) and integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SSO, data exchange).
- ยท Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
