We have an exciting and highly impactful opportunity for a Seller Onboarding and Enablement Manager to lead the integration of new sellers from diverse marketplaces into our enterprise flagship products. This role focuses on streamlining the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations, and enhancing seller engagement with our product features to drive adoption.

What you’ll do:
- Design and implement efficient onboarding workflows that balance regulatory compliance with user experience.
- Create localized educational content and tutorials to drive feature adoption
- Analyze onboarding metrics and feature usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent seller experience while adapting to local market needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve feature adoption rates post-onboarding
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience supporting end-user enablement for consumer software applications.
- Proven track record in improving user onboarding and engagement metrics
- Experience with data analysis and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Understanding of user acquisition and engagement in emerging markets
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead initiatives that include senior leaders
- Proactive and self-motivated who can work autonomously
Great advantages:
- Experience with 3P marketplace ecosystems
- Some experience with SQL or Pandas
- Understanding of seller economics and take rate optimization
- Understanding of KYC/AML requirements
- Experience with cross-border payment systems
