Position Summary
We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Corporate IT team. The successful candidate will mainly be providing technical support to our India users as well as users from other APAC sites, including offices and outsource call centers. This position will also be involved in projects planning, support and execution as needed.
Responsibilities
ยท Responds to user requests promptly
ยท Taking care all the IT equipment in the office
ยท Install and configure network & server equipment together with global team
ยท Manage the Azure and office 365 environment
ยท Follow and enforce IT & Security policy
ยท Provide training to users in the use of system and applications
ยท Logs all support activities in IT ticketing system
ยท Participate in IT projects including network/system change & office expansion
ยท Manage the IT inventory, video conference and office security system including CCTV & door access
Requirements
ยท Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English (Must)
ยท At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration in sizable company/MNC
ยท Excellent customer service and communication skills
ยท Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ยท Must be able to work outside normal business hours in order to perform diagnosis and/or implementation of product releases or changes
ยท Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, AD)
ยท Knowledge in networking including TCP/IP, VPN, SDWAN, SIPโฆetc
ยท Professional, passionate, innovative, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated kind of person
