Operations Business Partner

Payoneer is seeking a talented Business Process Manager to join our innovative Center of Excellence of Operations in Great China Region. Payoneer Operations manage customer support and customer onboarding processes. As Business Process Manager, you will focus on technical vendor management and workflow automation

What you’ll do:

  • ​Source and onboard technical vendors in China to support automation of workflows, CX improvements, and operational efficiency improvements (e.g., CRM integration, AI-driven business applications, customer VOC platforms).
  • ​Evaluate vendors for technical capabilities, compliance, scalability, and alignment with Payoneer’s ecosystem.
  • ​Lead end-to-end integration project of vendor solutions with Payoneer’s systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Partner with IT, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure vendor solutions meet cyber/data security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Continuously identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and enhance customer self-service capabilities.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • At least 8 years of working experience, 5 years of working experience in managing IT vendors.
  • Proficiency in speaking English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams.
  • ​Proven experience sourcing and managing Chinese technical vendors (e.g., WeCom SCRM, AI/ML applications).
  • Expertise in ​program/project management with certifications like PMP, Agile,
  • Experiences of leading IT process in process automation domain is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ​AI/ML applications is a plus
