We are looking for:

Payoneer is seeking a dynamic and driven Principal Product Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will focus on driving growth across the APAC region. Your primary responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of the market, identifying challenges and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market positioning, and operations. You will be the subject matter expert (SME) on how to succeed in the APAC region and play a critical role in shaping our product and strategy to serve this market effectively. This role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy in the APAC region.

What you will be spending your time on:

Market Insights and Expertise:

  • A strong, data-driven understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the APAC region is developed and continuously updated
  • Actionable insights from market research and customer feedback are shared across teams to inform product and business decisions.

Improved Product-Market Fit:

  • Gaps and challenges in our current product offerings are clearly identified, with well-researched recommendations on how to address them.
  • Product enhancements are aligned with APAC-specific customer needs, leading to improved adoption and satisfaction.

Growth Opportunities Uncovered and Capitalized On:

  • New product, GTM, and market positioning opportunities in APAC are identified, prioritized, and acted upon.
  • Business cases and strategic recommendations to drive measurable improvements in growth and revenue.

Subject Matter Expertise Drives Competitive Advantage:

  • Teams across the company rely on your expertise to navigate the APAC market with confidence.
  • Insights and strategies enable our company to differentiate and win in the APAC region.

Seamless Collaboration with Product and Operations teams:

  • Product development is strongly influenced by regional insights, ensuring features and roadmaps reflect APAC market needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration leads to faster execution and better customer-centric innovation.
  • Streamlined and improved operational processes aligned with the region specific needs.

Enhanced Customer Engagement and Success:

  • Customer-facing teams (sales, marketing, customer success) are equipped with the knowledge, strategies, and tools needed to serve APAC customers effectively.
  • Localized approaches result in stronger customer relationships, increased retention, and higher satisfaction rates.

For this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product growth, or a related role, preferably with experience in Fintech / Payments in the APAC region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving growth.
