About the Role:
As a Team Lead for the Shared Services team, you will be the first point of contact for employers' asks and will be accountable for the performance and delivery of the Shared Services Team. This role includes managing client relations as well as operations.
What will you do?
1. Team Management:
โข Lead, mentor, and develop HR Ops team to achieve their goals
โข Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure smooth communication
2. Operational Oversight:
โข Manage daily operational activities, ensuring SLA adherence
โข Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process improvements
3. Program Management:
โข Plan, execute, and monitor key HR initiatives and programs
โข Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines
4. Metrics and Reporting:
โข Track operational metrics, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights
โข Present regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations
โข Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution
What makes you a great match for us?
โข 5โ8 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field
โข Proven track record in managing teams and executing programs
โข Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
โข Proficiency in project management tools
โข Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
โข Knowledge of global HR compliance and payroll processes is a plus
