What you’ll be spending your time on

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Customer Retention and Marketing Ops team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and will be a key driver of our MarTech stack, creating sophisticated marketing automation flows and optimizing existing ones. You will ensure that no lead is left behind, our sales & marketing stacks work together perfectly, our money is spent effectively, and that we operate in a coordinated way globally. In addition, you will be one of the first members of the Customer Retention team in the Americas, working closely with local teams in the US and LATAM to understand the business objectives in the region and supporting them in meeting the goals. You will also be responsible for establishing, managing, and connecting marketing and sales tools and processes, to start consistent and qualified lead generation, comprehensive reporting and personalized journeys for different customer personas or products. This position will work out of our NYC office, we are offering hybrid, 2 days in/3 days home.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders globally to build, deploy and monitor demand generation campaigns, such as lead nurturing engagement programs, trigger and batch campaigns, web forms, webinars and sponsored events.
  • Ensure our systems and processes are set up to ensure we are collecting the right data in the right way at the right time.
  • Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce.com.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of campaign planning, preparation, tracking and ROI attribution.
  • Understand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of leads.

  • Develop, test and implement responsive HTML emails, in-app messages, push notifications and other types of communication across web and mobile platforms while staying up to date with the latest trends in this fast-moving industry.

Do you possess the following skills and experience? 

  • 2+ years of experience using Marketo and Salesforce CRM - a must.
  • Technical mindset, comfortable bringing new ideas and integrating new tools to optimize our workflows to work on scale.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability.
  • Project management skills; can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic & global environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from peers.
  • High enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Positive disposition with high energy, able to take guidance while working independently.
  • Experience working within a global team and market.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about marketing operations strategy and staying current with industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel – at least once to Israel
