Financial services related to Payoneer Premium Business Debit Mastercard Card

This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is provided by Payoneer Australia Pty Ltd ACN 621 926 501 (AFSL No. 504803) (Payoneer, we, our or us) to you in relation to our activities which involve the provision of financial services as defined in the Corporations Act 2001(Cth) (Corporations Act).
This FSG describes our services to assist you to decide whether to use them. It describes how we are remunerated, compensation arrangements, and how we handle any complaints you may have.

 

  1. Our Services
    We are authorised to deal in financial products by issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of financial products under our Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Our dealing services are limited to non-cash payment products to retail and wholesale clients.
    We are not authorised to provide financial product advice. However, we are permitted to provide general advice about our own products. Any such financial product advice we provide will be general in nature and will not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Because of this, before acting on any advice, you should consider its appropriateness having regard to your own circumstances,
    Payoneer provides eligible users with the Payoneer Payment Service to allow you to receive payments for the settlement of commercial transactions in multiple currencies (mainly USD, EUR, GBP and JPY) through your Payoneer Account. For more detail about the Payoneer Payment Service, refer to the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
    As part of this service, we have authorised Payoneer Europe Limited (PEL) under our AFSL to issue Premium Business Debit Mastercard® Cards (“Premium Business Debit Card(s)”) that allow you to access and utilize funds in your Payoneer Account which are allocated for use with the Premium Business Debit Card. We then distribute these Premium Business Debit Cards to you as part of this service.
    We act on behalf of PEL when we provide the financial services relating to the Premium Business Debit Cards described in this FSG to you.
  2. How you can give us instructions
    You can give instructions to us about our services by contacting us as described in section ‎7 below.
    To become an eligible user of the Premium Business Debit Card, you need to complete an application form available at www.Payoneer.com. Additional information about the Premium Business Debit Card, including about its features, costs, benefits and risks, is contained in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). You should consider the PDS before deciding whether to obtain a Premium Business Debit Card.
  3. How we are paid
    Payoneer receives fees in connection with the Payoneer Payment Service and the Premium Business Debit Cards. The types of fees Payoneer receives are for the usage of the Premium Business Debit Cards as well as activation and loading.
    Fees associated with the cards may be found on the Payoneer Website, by logging in to the personal area of the cardholder.
    Our employees will receive a salary and may also receive other benefits based on their performance or the performance of Payoneer.
  4. Associations
    Payoneer distributes the Premium Business Debit Cards which are issued by PEL, under a program managed by Payoneer.
    As the program manager, Payoneer provides you with an online interface allowing you to view your card balance and use. Payoneer also provides customer support and additional services in connection with your Premium Business Debit Card balance.
  5. Professional Indemnity Insurance
    We have professional indemnity insurance in place that satisfies the requirements for compensation arrangements under section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001.
  6. What to do if you have a complaint
    If you wish to complain about our services, please contact us as described in section ‎7. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and attempt to resolve it as soon as practicable.
    We are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, which is an external dispute resolution scheme. If you are not satisfied with the way we or PEL respond to your complaint, you are entitled to take you complaint to them.
