My name is Eliana Barrionuevo. I grew up in Buenos Aires and I now live in Thailand. I am a freelance writer and travel blogger on darvueltaalmundo.com.

My profession started as a hobby. In the beginning, I didn’t put much effort into it as the idea of writing, travelling and make a living this way seemed almost impossible – like a dream.
Back in Buenos Aires, I studied at university and worked in an office. I had a good job but a hectic lifestyle. Overtime, I discovered the freelance world and with it, the possibility to travel and work at the same time.
I am a passionate writer and built a portfolio around my work. Through it, I received business inquiries from clients and even got an offer to travel around Morocco and write about my experiences!
That’s how I made my first earnings doing the things that I love the most: travelling and writing.

On my blog, I am the writer, photographer, community manager and designer. Basically, I am my own business!
